1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Judiciv AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Judiciv AI is an AI-powered personal decision assistant that helps users analyze choices through structured multi-dimensional analysis, priority ranking, and roadmap generation. The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate analysis and recommendations.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 16 years old to use this Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
• You agree not to upload malicious code, attempt to breach security, or interfere with service operation.
• AI-generated content is for reference only and does not constitute professional advice.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• Judiciv AI offers free and paid subscription tiers (Plus, Pro).
• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout.
• Subscriptions auto-renew before the renewal date unless cancelled.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no pro-rata refunds.
• Prices are denominated in USD and subject to change with 30 days' notice.
• All payments are securely processed by Stripe. We do not store payment card information.

5. Intellectual Property

• The Service (including its code, design, and brand assets) is owned by Judiciv AI.
• You retain ownership of the decision questions and data you input.
• You grant Judiciv AI a license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
• AI-generated analysis results are provided "as is" and may not be unique to you.

6. Limitation of Liability

Judiciv AI provides AI-generated suggestions based on your input. These are not: financial, legal, medical, or professional advice. You acknowledge that:

• The Service may occasionally produce inaccurate or incomplete analysis.
• You bear full responsibility for any decisions made based on the Service.
• Judiciv AI is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
• The Service is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or fail to pay subscription fees. You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
