Judiciv AI collects the following types of information to provide and improve our service:
- Account Information: Email address, display name, and password (hashed) provided during registration.
- Decision Data: Questions you submit, AI analysis results, ratings, and decision history.
- Profile Information: Background details, preferences, custom AI instructions, and personal settings you provide.
- Usage Data: Page views, feature interactions, and API call timestamps for service optimization.
- Payment Data: Stripe handles all payment processing. We do not store credit card numbers. Stripe may share your subscription status and email with us.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Provide AI-powered decision analysis and recommendations.
- Improve service quality and personalize your experience.
- Send necessary service notifications (e.g., subscription changes).
- Comply with legal obligations and prevent abuse.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your decision data for advertising.
3. Data Storage & Security
- All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3.
- Sensitive data (passwords) is hashed using bcrypt before storage.
- AI analysis data is stored on servers with AES-256 at-rest encryption.
- We retain your data while your account is active. Upon account deletion, data is permanently removed within 30 days.
4. Third-Party Services

- Vercel: Hosting and analytics. See Vercel's Privacy Policy.
- Sentry: Error monitoring. See Sentry's Privacy Policy.
- AI Analysis: Decision text is processed by AI models to generate analysis. No personally identifiable information is shared.

- Right to Access: Request a copy of your personal data.
- Right to Rectification: Correct inaccurate data.
- Right to Erasure: Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
